เมื่อวันที่ 19 เมษายน 2564 ดร.วันดี กุญชรยาคง จุลเจริญ ประธานกรรมการและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท เอสพีซีจี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ “SPCG” เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2564 มีมติรับทราบผลการดำเนินงานประจำปี 2563 ของบริษัทฯ และบริษัทย่อย ที่มีรายได้รวม จำนวน 4,920.2 ล้านบาท และมีกำไรสุทธิจำนวน 3,062.4 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้นจำนวน 51.1 ล้านบาท เมื่อเทียบกับปี 2562
นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมฯ ยังมีมติอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลในรอบครึ่งหลังของปี 2563 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.65 บาท ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ได้มีการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจากผลการดำเนินงานงวดวันที่ 1 มกราคม – 30 มิถุนายน 2563 ไปแล้วในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.55 บาท รวมเป็นจ่ายเงินปันผลประจำปี 2563 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 1.20 บาทต่อหุ้น คิดเป็นเงินจำนวน 1,221,958,000 ล้านบาท โดยกําหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีสิทธิได้รับเงินปันผล (Record Date) ในวันพุธที่ 17 มีนาคม 2564 และกําหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันศุกร์ที่ 14 พฤษภาคม 2564
SPCG shareholders approved the dividend payment for the second half of the year at 0.65 baht per share
On April 19, 2021 Dr. Wandee Khunchornyakong Juljarern, Chairperson and CEO of SPCG Public Company Limited or “SPCG” disclosed that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2021 resolved to acknowledge the operating results for the year 2020 of the Company and its Subsidiaries with total income of 4,920.2 million baht and net profit of 3,062.4 million baht, an increase of 51.1 million baht compared to 2019.
In addition, the meeting also approved a dividend payment for the second half of 2020 at the rate of 0.65 baht per share, in which the Company has paid an interim dividend from the operating results of January 1 – June 30, 2020 at the rate of 0.55 baht per share, totaling the dividend payment for the year 2020 in the total amount of 1.20 baht per share totaling 1,221,958,000 million baht. The list of shareholders who are entitled to receive dividends is scheduled on March 17, 2021 and the dividend will be paid on May 14, 2021.
