การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (กฟน.) จะปิดที่ทำการทุกแห่งเนื่องในวันรัฐธรรมนูญ ในวันจันทร์ที่ 10 ธันวาคม 2561 ยกเว้นเคาน์เตอร์ที่ศูนย์บริการภาครัฐแบบเบ็ดเสร็จ (Government Center) ที่เปิดทำการพร้อมให้บริการชำระค่าไฟฟ้าปกติ 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ โซน Fashion ชั้น 1 ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลพลาซาเวสต์เกต จ.นนทบุรี เปิดทำการระหว่างเวลา 10.00 – 17.30 น. บริเวณชั้น 5 ห้างสรรพสินค้าเดอะมอลล์งามวงศ์วาน และบริเวณ ชั้น 3 ห้างเซ็นทรัลแจ้งวัฒนะ เปิดทำการระหว่างเวลา 10.30 – 18.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ไม่เว้นวันหยุดราชการ โดย กฟน. จะเปิดทำการ และให้บริการรับชำระค่าไฟฟ้าตามปกติ ในวันอังคารที่ 11 ธันวาคม 2561 ระหว่างเวลา 07.30 – 15.00 น. สำหรับในช่วงเวลาปิดทำการผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าสามารถชำระได้ที่ตัวแทนรับชำระทุกแห่ง เช่น เคาน์เตอร์เซอร์วิส ธนาคาร เทสโก้โลตัส และบิ๊กซี เป็นต้น หรือสามารถชำระผ่าน MEA Smart Life Application โดยหักผ่านบัตรเครดิต Mastercard และ Visa ผู้สนใจสามารถดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชันได้ที่ App Store และ Google Play ดาวน์โหลดฟรี คลิก http://is.gd/KlyQKF
ทั้งนี้ ในช่วงปิดทำการระหว่างวันที่ 8-10 ธันวาคม 2561 กฟน. ยังคงให้บริการแก้ไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง และศูนย์บริการข้อมูลผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าการไฟฟ้านครหลวง MEA Call Center 1130 หรือ แจ้งผ่าน MEA Smart Life Application ของ กฟน. ที่พร้อมให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

MEA closes on Constitution Day
The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) will close all offices on Monday, December 10, 2018 – Constitution Day – except the counters at 3 Government Centers: 1st Floor Fashion Zone, CentralPlaza WestGate Nonthaburi from 10 am – 5.30 pm; 5th Floor The Mall Ngamwongwan and 3rd Floor Central Chaengwattana from 10.30 am – 6 pm including public holidays. MEA will collect electricity bill payments as usual on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 7.30 am – 3 pm. After the office hours, the payment can be made at any of the payment agents such as counter service, banks, Tesco Lotus, Big C, etc., or via MEA Smart Life Application with Mastercard and Visa credit cards. During the closing time, MEA continues to provide power failure repair services, please dial MEA Call Center 1130 or report through MEA Smart Life, available 24 hours a day.
